EXTERNAL BODY PIERCINGS

1. Clean twice a day in the morning when you get up and at night before you go to bed. (if you get sweaty or dirty during the middle of the day you should clean your piercing again)

2. Use dial antibacterial soap to clean your hands very well before cleaning your piercing, and never mess with your piercing with dirty hands.

3. Step into the shower and get the jewelry wet(never clean your piercing in a tub) after the jewelry is wet add Liquid Dial Antibacterial Soap until jewelry slides back and forth with ease.

4. When jewelry and area of skin is lathered with soap step back into the water and rinse all soap from inside and outside the area.

For the first two months never play with or touch your piercing unless your cleaning it. If any problems may arise or you don't want to change your jewelry for the first time please come and see me at the shop. I'll help you for no charge.

ORAL BODY PIERCINGS

1. Keep ice on an oral piercing until you go to bed that night, and when you first get up in the morning. IB profin also keeps the swelling down.

2. If your oral piercing is also external (labret, monroe, lip, cheek) then use external after care instructions for the outside and oral instructions for the inside.

3. Use Listerine to clean the inside of your mouth after anything goes in your mouth besides water

4. Eat soft foods for a couple of days, brush your teeth regularly, and don't drink beer for three of four days.
